Brings over 25 years of diverse experience in the construction industry to his role as Senior Project Manager and Managing Partner at SAX Construction. With a robust background that includes positions as a architectural designer, detailer, estimator, site supervisor, project coordinator, and ultimately senior project manager, Joe specializes in managing design-build projects from start to finish.

Joe's extensive expertise spans automotive retail construction projects, commercial, industrial, and residential developments. He excels in initial design, consultant coordination, budget designing, tendering, and providing direction on construction drawings. Known for his ability to manage construction activities efficiently, Joe implements cost-effective solutions and handles the logistics of maintaining operations during large-scale renovations.

An advocate for safety and regulatory compliance, Joe has numerous health and safety certifications and has served as a municipal building inspector with full BCIN accreditation in Ontario. His educational background includes an Architectural Technology Diploma from Fanshawe College and Gold Seal Certification in Project Management.
 

At Sax Construction, Joe's role involves working closely with consultants and regulatory agencies throughout all project phases, from permit applications to construction completion and sign-offs. His leadership and comprehensive industry knowledge ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
